Strawberries!

Owen and I picked strawberries today, at Krupps, in Comstock Park. (Well....Owen ate whatever he picked, and I did the rest.) Incidently, I haven't had one berry yet. lol) Mandi Corliss and her 4 kiddos picked us up, and we did it together. Then we had a soft serve icecream cone. Delicious! I got 10, 1-quart bags pretty full of the finished berries to freeze, and about a half bag to munch on. YUMMO!

We're Famous!!!

Owen and I got our two seconds of fame this past Thursday, while working at a garage sale in Grandville, with my friend, Libby Sholl. I made about $66.00 at the sale. But, the biggest thing was that WZZM channel 13 drove up and asked Libby if she would be in an interview regarding less school taxes for the Grandville area. Birthday Fun at the Andrews

We had lots of fun yesterday, at the BIG birthday bash at Mom and Dad Andrew's house. We got together also to celebrate Richard Gonzales' accomplishment with writing a speech that earned him the right to go change the wreath at the National "Unknown Soldier's" tomb. Way to go, Richard!
