Canning Applesauce!

Yesterday, I canned 23 pints of applesauce. No sugar, just apples. I blended Mutsu, Ida Reds, and Empires. It turned out a pretty pink, and tasted very sweet on it's own. Now....for the rest of the apples in the garage. lol It hardly looks like I made a dent!
