What are These?

This would be what we think is the racoon nest in the neighbor's tree that leans over OUR backyard! Yikes! I saw it last Thursday night around 12 midnight, on our DECK, and then pawing on the window to come in. :O

I don't know what these flowers are, but Charlie is now outside and taking out all the weeds of that garden, laying down black plastic, plus putting in a stone walkway to make it extra pretty.
