We need SPRING!!!!

Remember when the tulips were up? We're having serious cabin fever in our neck of the woods. Owen is learning to read, though. That's something new. Daddy is going to be putting in large amounts of uncompensated overtime, and I'm on the South Beach Diet....the 2nd phase. Good carbs, good fats, fruits, veggies, and fish, chicken, and lean cuts of beef. 2-3 snacks per day, too. Actually, I'm liking it a lot. Especially the berry smoothies. But, I sure will be glad when we can go outside for walks, to the park, etc. Bored here....Hooooh Hummm...."Sigh."

WINTER FUN!!!

Finally got a day in the 30's, with lots of snow on the ground, perfect for a sledding/snowman building day. The snowman accessories came from Miss Betty for Christmas. Thanks, Betty!! :) Anyway, we had a BLAST! BUT, I don't know who had the most fun...Owen, or DADDY! Hee Hee

The 3 Little Kittens....

Owen had his buddies over for a playdate while their mommy had some "Baby Shower" preparations to do. We had so much fun!!! Played trains, watched a train video, had a snack, made some Valentine hearts, and had Happy Meals from McD's! The three of them were a hoot with their kitten prizes. Aren't they cute? Owen, and his friends, Zach and Mitchell. :) Just don't lose your mittens, kittens. Hee Hee
