Irish Soda Bread
The Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten, had an episode on yesterday afternoon that showed how to make her Irish Soda Bread. I was excited to use up my buttermilk, so I made it last night. I did substitue raisins for the currants, and lemon zest for the orange zest. So simple, easy, and QUICK! No kneading, or waiting for things to rise. We loved it!
