More toys. "Dress up," kitchen food toys, and little manipulatives like "Monkeys in a Barrel."
Train table, and art easel.
Storage room shelves for gift wrapping, and lots of bubble wrap.
Furnace room with storage for canning items, and extra big kitchen items only used once in a while.
